CCG Automation installs Automated Logic WebCTRL in New Timken Building

Posted on 11/15/2013

Timken is completing the construction of a $42 million office building next to its global research center in Jackson Township near the Akron-Canton Airport.  The two-story, 160,000-square-foot building will be the headquarters for Timken’s Bearings and Power Transmission employees.  The new building is connected to the research center and the combined complex will have nearly 1,000 Timken employees.

As part of this construction project Timken decided to extend their existing Automated Logic Building Automation system to control all of the new equipment being installed, including the heating hot water system and chiller water system.  Timken first added Automated Logic to their Research Center in 2010 and to their Global Headquarters in 2011.
