New System Solves Four Years of High Bills
A brand new building had utility bills more than double what should be expected for its size. After four years of asking for assistance from the original contractor, and being told everything was fine, the financially- challenged district turned to CCG. CCG found that the building's automation system was not operating properly, and replaced it with a Web-based temperature control system. Utility usage was greatly reduced, resulting in affordable bills and improved comfort.
Lesson learned:
The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
Success Points:
-
Reduced energy costs to $1.31 per square foot
-
