Roles and Responsibilities
This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager at CCG Automation, Inc. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing projects, ensuring efficient workflow, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role located in Richfield, OH.

Responsible for project delivery, estimating, and financial management for the project portfolio. Responsible for determining resource levels to attain schedule milestones and monitors workforce levels to ensure conformance with the project plan.

  • Manage projects following project processes.
  • Leads and directs day-to-day operational teams (Engineering, Installation and Service) to meet and exceed planned deliverables with a high level of multi-tasking.
  • Partner with Sales to develop business strategies for new business and maintain existing business.
  • Ensure the establishment and development of professional relationships with strategic prospects for better understanding and meeting the customer needs within the bounds of contracted scope.
  • Ensure the operations team receives coaching and training.
  • Conduct regular sessions with employees to coach and mentor.

This job operates in a office and field setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.  Must be able to occasionally use small hand and power tools.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This position will require overtime.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to pass drug screening.
  • Ability to pass formal background check, both BCI (Ohio) and FBI.
  • Ability to prove U.S. Employment eligibility.
  • Will be required to complete a personality profile.
