I really enjoyed the commercial that Charles Schwab had on TV at the end of 2016 with the father and son at the restaurant. A change that will provide the customer with buildings that are comfortable and energy efficient. NASA is building a rocket to take man to Mars with the first manned flight scheduled for 2019. Surely we can give an owner a comfortable and efficient building. It’s time to look at the process.
Consider these 3 main points before you build:
